Childbirth Education

Whether it's your first baby, or you just need a refresher, we are here to provide relevant and up to date information for your pregnancy, labor, delivery, caring for your newborn and caring for yourself.

Childbirth 101: $300

     - Two 90-minute sessions which covers movement/comfort measures during labor and delivery, preparing your hospital bag, cardinal movements, timing contractions, dilation/effacement, and more.

Newborn Care: $150

     - Two hour course on proper care of a newborn, in addition to tips on how to create a smooth transition to family life. 

​

Partner Support Essentials: $150

     - Two hour class with information on how to best care for your partner as her body changes and your family expands. We will dive into physical and emotional needs of women throughout pregnancy and during the postpartum period, and ways to protect and support the mother-baby dyad.
